David Hall and Eric Shaw own and manage Envision Development Group. Envision Development Group is a spin-off of Steel Creek Homes LLC and Steel Creek Construction Inc., which were originally formed in 1996 in Beaverton Oregon by David P. Hall. Since its formation the combination of companies has invested in and developed more than 100 million worth of real estate transactions.
The experience obtained through a series of dozens of custom home projects, raw land development projects, high end spec houses and condominium development have created wide range of skill-sets for the owners. Envision’s expertise stretches across all facets of residential real estate, whether winning best of show at the NW Natural Street of Dreams or entitling a parcel of land for development the firm has always been dedicated to creating value for investors.
